Your body is an expert at adapting to routines. That’s why we design our workouts to confuse your muscles so that they don’t know what’s coming next. This causes your body to build more muscle and burn fat faster. It also keeps you from getting bored.

Intensity is the key to a great workout. When you push yourself, you don’t need long amounts of time. In fact, most of the time you don’t need more than 20-minutes. That’s how Navy Seals train, because it’s what works.

I was used to eating little tiny bits and getting fatter, and it didn’t make any sense to me. But it makes sense now that your metabolism slows down so much, that any little bit that you eat is gonna go right to fat, especially if you’re eating the things with all the preservatives and all the fat in it.

“I lost weight because my metabolism sped up, and it’s all the good, healthy foods that I was eating. So I’m very excited about the results. I’ve lost 8 and 1/2 inches and 9 pounds, and I don’t want to change back. I’ve done every diet. I’ve done Jenny Craig. I’ve done everything you could possibly think of. And nothing worked because it didn’t make sense. The minute you stopped it or didn’t eat exactly like they told you to eat of their pre-packaged foods that were, you know, for a year shelf life, I’d get fat again, or fatter. ”
